You've installed version 5 - What's the problem? What's it not doing that you expect? Did you purchase a v5 license yet or trial? Folks here are pretty helpful - but since you've got a lot of moving parts there to dissect, I would advise a cautious approach with installations and such. I've gone through all the settings in the Blue Iris options and changed a lot of them in hopes of figuring it out. Windows had also deleted all my Restore Points, so I had nothing to try to help matters. Then two days later, I was sent the exact same update which was already installed when I discovered it. I uninstalled the Windows update, but that didn't help much. So many problems from that update! That's when Blue Iris basically quit working properly. About 3 weeks ago Windows 10 was updated which made my computer (apparently) a 64 bit version of Windows.
